Lindsay Lohan maybe having trouble in rehab. But in the outside-rehab world. She’s also being sued for an accident that occurred in 2005. The accident involved Lindsay smashing her car into a company vehicle belonging to Grandeur inc. Or at least thats the company thats going to sue.Grandeur Inc want to take Lindsay Lohan to the small claims court for $3,624.84 for damages caused.
But they might not win, as Los Angeles County Sheriff Steve Whitmore says:
”She happens to be an innocent victim in all of this,”
This is because in the original report, the van made a u-turn bang in front LiLo’s black Mercedes Benz.
