Hollywood Buzz: Pamela Anderson Lands Magical Birthday Deal

Pamela Anderson Lands Magical Birthday Deal

Pamela Anderson has been given an early 40th birthday gift - $3 million for her 12-minute contribution to Las Vegas illusionist Hans Klok’s nightly show.

The actress/model, who turns 40 next month will net $3 million for her role as Klok’s assistant in his Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino summer show, The Beauty of Magic.

Vegas insider Michael Politz says, “This is an easy summer gig for Pam - 12 minutes per show, four shows weekly.

“She also gets a large suite and the use of a private jet for commuting to her Southern California home at her disposal as part of her magical deal.”

But Anderson almost missed out on the chance to play the magic man’s sidekick - Carmen Electra was Klok’s first choice but she had to pull out of the show after realising she was too claustrophobic for some of the illusionist’s stunts.

Politz explains, “Carmen Electra had her sights on a show like this for years but found out she suffers from claustrophobia during rehearsals with Hans Klok.”

Meanwhile, Anderson has spurned offers to host her 40th birthday at a number of Las Vegas clubs and will instead dine with her vegan pals at People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta).
