Magician/musician/actor Chris Angel was reportedly dating actress Cameron Diaz while going through a divorce battle with estranged wife Joann Sarantakos.Sarantakos' attorney Dominic Barbara has revealed that she has evidence to prove that the illusionist was two timing, which she will unveil next week.
"I will show with documentary evidence that my client was still with her husband, trying to save her marriage, at the same time Cameron Diaz was dating Criss Angel," People quoted Barbara, as saying.
The attorney insisted that she was unsure weather Diaz knew the truth about Angel and his wife's relationship.
"I don't know if Criss Angel lied to Cameron Diaz, and I and my client don't wish her any bad publicity, but her press agent should be careful about what he says," the attorney said.
However, 34-year-old Diaz has refuted the claims in a statement, and has insisted that she began dating the magician more than a year after he separated from Sarantakos, who already filed for a divorce.
Meantime, a source has revealed that Angel and his wife were 'very amicable' after the divorce was filed and Sarantakos had no issues with her ex-hubby dating Diaz.
